Cross Firing on so
called 'Cease Fire Line' in the State of Jammu & Kashmir has become a favorite
game of Indian & Pakistani Forces. Let me give you examples of blame game
of Indian and Pakistani media in beginning:
"Indian Army
violated Cease Fire in the State of Jammu & Kashmir, civilians killed,
injured." (Pakistan)
"Pakistan
violated Cease Fire in the State of Jammu & Kashmir, civilians killed,
injured." (India)
So have you ever
noticed that who lost dreams, future, innocent lives, properties, became
homeless across Cease Fire Line in this 'Holy' Cross-Firing and 'Befitting
Replies? Yes, it’s only people of forcibly occupied & divided State of
Jammu & Kashmir from both sides of so called 'Cease Fire Line'.
'Luckily', both
Pakistan-India are atomic powers & 'Generously' both have occupied &
divided State of Jammu & Kashmir since 1947.
Now, finally they
should use their atomic weapons to finish ever and each citizen of State
J&K to 'liberate' the State from 'occupier' Owners of the State of J&K.
This is the only option left by India & Pakistan. Because they both really
don't care about their own accepted & signed UN Security Council
Resolutions.
The role of so called
World Peace Makers including United Nations' Organization is also criminal
regarding this oldest conflict in UN. The organization has badly failed until
now to provide promised Justice and Basic Humans Rights to people of the State
of Jammu & Kashmir.
If we start armed
struggle to get freedom from foreign occupation, we'll be labeled as terrorists
by the same so called silent peace makers. Although we believe that war isn't a
solution of any conflict of the world. It only takes lives and damage
properties. But arm sellers and proxy war fighter countries misguide and use
our disappointed youth for their personal interests.
Killing State's
citizens across 'Line of illegal Control' in cross bombing since 1947 in small
& large numbers didn't work to 'Liberate the State from its owners' and
obviously it won't work in next 74 years too. So please kill us all (State
Subjects of J&K) at once.
We can't afford this
forced division of our country J&K, its foreign occupation, abductions of
our activists, unlawful killings, and internationally imposed title of the
'Disputed Region'.
Anti-J&K people of
Pakistan call Indian agent to Pro-Freedom people of Pakistani occupied side of
J&K. Similarly Anti-J&K people of India call Pakistani agent to
Pro-Freedom people of Indian occupied side of J&K.
We are really tired of
this dirty game of 'Border Border' between India-Pakistan since 1947 in our
beloved Country, paradise J&K. We are also humans like humans of rest of
the world, but not enjoying our basic humans’ rights guaranteed by UN due to
this oldest conflict on the floor of UNSC.
We people of Jammu
& Kashmir have a very long history of peaceful, non-violent, resistant
struggle for our birth right, the right of Self- determination, right to decide
our future & to get our right to live independently with equal dignity in
International Community, since birth of Pakistan and Independence of India from
British occupation. We want to decide our future, but not a foreign decided
future.
When it comes to Right
of Self-Determination and UN resolutions, India refuse this right saying
"Jammu and Kashmir is integral part of India" in light of Simla Pact
(between India and Pakistan only, people of J&K aren't part of it & not
bound to follow it legally).
According to
India-Pakistan's Simla Pact Jammu and Kashmir is just a territorial conflict
between Pakistan and India but not an international issue or issue of the
nation of State J&K. According to this, they (India-Pakistan) will resolve
this conflict through bilateral talks. According to this notorious agreement,
real party, the People of State J&K or UNO & EU can't become part of
any kind of dialogue process between both occupier countries Indian-Pakistan.
In Simla Pact,
India-Pakistan illegally changed status of an internationally declared
"Cease Fire Line" (CFL) to "Line of Control" (LOC) and
built international border type wall to divide State J&K permanently. This
is the reason, Pro-freedom people of State Jammu and Kashmir call Line of
-illegal- Control (LOIC) to their bloody "Line of Control".
Pakistan claims: 'We
support Right of Self Determination of people of the State of Jammu &
Kashmir.' But do you know which kind of Right of Self Determination that is?
Pakistan wants people
of Princely State of J&K to choose between India or Pakistan only but not
Independence. This is what, Pakistan calls "moral, political and
diplomatic support of people of State J&K".
Just like Indian false
claim i.e. State of J&K is their integral part, Pakistan also claims:
"State of Jammu
& Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan". Pakistan's imposed act of 1974
in Pakistani occupied side of J&K doesn't allow people of the region to
take part in local so called 'Legislative Assembly' Elections without taking
oath on an undemocratic and illegal clause of "Merger of State J&K
with Pakistan".
According to Pakistani
Act of 1974 imposed on POJ&K, people of POJ&K can't become Chief
Secretary, Secretary Health, Secretary Finance and Inspector General of Police
in their own homeland. All aforementioned bureaucrats are sent by Pakistan Govt
to rule over POJ&K.
Pakistani government
unconstitutionally separated a constitutional and geographical part of State
'Gilgit Baltistan' from J&K. Pakistan has abrogated State Subject Rule
(Citizenship Rule of the State of J&K made by Maharaja Hari Singh in 1927)
in Gilgit Baltistan region since 1974 to change demography of the State.
Pakistani government
illegally closed all natural geographic routes between Gilgit Baltistan and
rest of the State of J&K to physically & mentally divide people of
forcibly occupied and divided State. Pakistan gifted a large area of the State
(Shaksgam Valley, bigger than current POJ&K) to China from Gilgit Baltistan
region.
Now, Pakistan and
China are working on "China Pakistan Economic Corridor". Pakistan
don't have border of even an inch of land with China. Pakistani occupied
Gilgit Baltistan region of the State J&K is the only gateway for both
Pakistan and China for this Economic Corridor but they didn't make people of
Gilgit Baltistan region a party of any agreement of this China-Pakistan
Economic Corridor. This is economic exploitation of people of the region
according to international laws.
Just like India's
Armed Forces Special Power Act (AFSPA), Public Safety Act (PSA) and other
brutal illegal Acts to suppress voice of people of Indian occupied side of Jammu
and Kashmir, Pakiatan also imposed Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and '4th Schedule'
in Gilgit Baltistan & POJ&K regions accordingly, to use State force to
suppress Pro Freedom and right activist voices of the region.
Only few years back,
'Baba Jan', a famous nationalist politician and rights activist of Gilgit
Baltistan (G.B) was illegally detained & sentenced to prison for 40 years
in jail and he is behind bars along with other political activists, facing
unconstitutional sedition charges.
This is just one
example of State terror by Pakistan Govt. Many nationalist political activists
of Gilgit Baltistan region are forcibly exiled from their own region by
Pakistani State for committing crime of "Speaking and Working for their
Basic Human Rights in Gilgit Baltistan" region of Princely State of Jammu
and Kashmir.
Both occupier
countries are criminally violating Basic Human Rights across Line of their
illegal Control over the State of J&K since 1947.
Whereas,
representatives of both India-Pakistan agreed & signed UNSC resolution of
Right of Self-Determination for people of J&K on 13th of August in 1948.
According to resolution Pakistan will withdraw all her troops and tribal
invaders from the State of J&K in first step.
Because Pakistan
invaded the State on 22nd of October in 1947, then India will minimize the
maximum number of her troops from the State of J&K. Anyhow according to
resolution, India will keep small number of her troops because Indian presence
in the State is legal in UN till free & fair Plebiscite, due to conditional
affiliation of State with India by Head of the State Maharaja Hari Singh on
27th of October in 1947.
Maharaja Hari Singh
called India for help (sent conditional affiliation document) after Pakiatani
tribal invasion on his State. (India went to UN to file case against Pakistani
invasion on State J&K). Anyways according to aforementioned Resolution,
people of State Jammu and Kashmir will freely decide their future in an unconditional
and unlimited Plebiscite under the supervision of United Nations' Organization.
Both India-Pakistan would be bound to accept the decision made by the people of
State J&K in plebiscite.
When the Case of
J&K conflict was brought to UN, UN sent military observers' Mission to the
State of J&K to watch position of control of both occupiers India-Pakistan.
They fixed a Cease Fire Line for both forces not to cross.
In Cease Fire
Agreement, it was made clear by UN Security Council that citizens of forcibly
divided State J&K can freely travel across Cease Fire Line after
identification of their State citizenship without any kind of restrictions.
Only forces of both occupier countries are bound not to cross Cease Fire Line.
Both Pakistan-India accepted and signed Cease Fire Agreement. But both
India-Pakistan don't let the citizens of State J&K travel across Cease Fire
Line.
People of both sides
of forcibly divided J&K have families across Line of illegal Control.
But occupiers forces
of both Pakistan-India don't let them see or meet each other. Many generations
of forcibly divided families of this State left the world having dreams of
reunification & independence of their Paradise country J&K.
Now let's come back to
the topic "Please kill us at once", both India and Pakistan signed
Cease Fire Agreement in UNSC but they always violate the Cease Fire. Then,
People of the State of J&K are being killed in the name of their befitting
replies to each other across of Line of their illegal Control over State Jammu
and Kashmir.
People of Jammu and
Kashmir are facing world's worst kind of slavery, backwardness, poverty, lack
of health & education facilities, insecurities, uncertainties and forced
division of their Homeland since India-Pakiatan illegally occupied &
divided their Country J&K to steal all the their natural resources.
If you, people of our neighbor
countries India & Pakistan, the international community including United
Nations & European Union can't force governments of India & Pakistan to
withdraw their forces from Country of people of Jammu & Kashmir (84,471
Square Miles),
If you can't force
these governments to use taxes of Indian and Pakistani people to
"overcome" poverty, hunger & health problems rather than to
People of J&K,
If you can't force
them to build new schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, scientific
research centers/labs for the welfare of tax payers of their countries
India-Pakistan rather than competing in making of latest atomic weapons for
humans' destruction in J&K,
If you all can't stop
them from killings in our State, looting of all natural resources of people of
State J&K, from forced division and illegal occupation of the State of
Jammu & Kashmir,
In short, if you can't
say India-Pakistan to "live and let the people of State Jammu and Kashmir
live too", then we, the people of J&K request you all to please force
these two atomic powers (India-Pakistan) to use their "Atomic
Weapons" to finish us all at once forever.
