Today 1^st January is observed as the first day of the New Year 2015 according to the modern Gregorian calendar which is known as the western calendar & the Christian calendar as well. I would like to mark that the modern Gregorian calendar is the most widely used international civil calendar. So let’s look at some important facts of the New Year 2015. First of all 2015 is not a leap year, so there are 365 days in the year. The total time span from 01^st January 2015 to 1^st January 2016 is 8,760 hours which is equivalent to 525,600 minutes.  There are a total of 53 weeks at the year 2015, with 52 Saturdays, 52 Sundays, 52 Mondays, 52 Tuesdays, 52 Wednesdays, 53 Thursdays & 52 Fridays. Some people might be wondering about the most remarkable date of the year 2015. In my idea the most resemble date of 2015 will be 5/15/2015. As a New Year meets us it’s a tradition for most people to make a resolution for the year ahead. Some people pledge to lose weight, while others try to be more responsible & others crosses an item off their bucket list & etc Every year 1^st January has been the most celebrated public holiday around the world.  After 12 months, 52 weeks, 365 Days, 8760 hours, 525600 Minutes & 31536000 seconds of the year 2014, I wish everyone a fabulous 2015 with full of great achievements & experiences.
