My 12 days at the costliest “Bangalore City”

Last month I’ve traveled to one of the best places in the world to live from a weather point of view.  From 07th to 19th September 2014, I visited & spend 12 days at the Southern Indian State Karnataka’s capital Bangalore City & according to my experience I could agree that Bangalore is truly a cosmopolitan city.

Bangalore which is considered the fashion capital of the east is the third largest city in India. Bangalore, officially known as Bengaluru in their language Kannada is also well known as the "Silicon Valley of India" because of its role as the nation's leading information technology exporter. There is often no need of air conditioning or heating at Bangalore as it’s generally cool because of its elevation of 3,000 feet or 914.4 meter above sea level.  Despite well-planned, with numerous parks and wide streets, the ostentation and a growing gap between the two ends of the income spectrum, Bangalore continues to miraculously free itself of disaffection and fatalism. Named as the city of the future by country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, Bangalore has some of the most expensive hotels ranked in the country too. Bangalore where extensive bus networks and rickshaws are easily accessible is connected by major roads with Indian cities such as Mumbai and Chennai and is linked to Kerala state through Mysore city at Karnataka state. Prominent buildings at the fastest-growing wealth base in the Asia Pacific include the legislative building named as “Vidhana Saudha” & the High Court building named as “Attara Kacheri” located across one another.  According to my experience in Bangalore I could totally agree that Bangalore's infrastructure is much better than Trivandrum where I’ve visited earlier this year.

During the 12 days I spent at Bangalore, there’s a story that almost everyone I question tell me about this city, it is that this city has a very special history among all major Indian cities. Being among the top Indian ranking metro cities with New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai, Bangalore is also famous for its dog bites with a recorded average of 12 people per minute somewhere are bitten by stray dogs according to some surveys. Concluding this article once again I praise Bangalore for its pleasant weather.
