Grieving is not just important for someone going through a tough time coming to terms with a loss but is necessary for the whole community. Studies have shown that pain when bottled up and not expressed can lead to a lot of stress and impact health negatively. If trauma is experienced as a child, not expressing it well enough might lead to depression issues while growing up. They dedicate themselves to individuals experiencing the loss of someone significant and provide them with an avenue to express their pain and experience a journey of healing by sharing their feelings. give everyone an opportunity to grieve in a supportive and understanding environment. Unfortunately, as most societies fail to support the needs of an individual in grief, it becomes important to encourage them through such initiatives. It has been designed to increase people’s confidence in expressing their feelings and experiences about loss and helps in changing people’s perception about engaging in conversations with grieving people. The difference between humans and animals is the many kinds of attitudes humans have within them while coping their life.
